Does Prism Hardscapes sell direct to consumers?

No. Prism is a designer-and-manufacturer brand sold through professional dealers and outdoor-living showrooms. Working with an authorized dealer ensures correct gas configuration, professional installation guidance, and access to warranty service.

How long does delivery typically take?

In-stock product typically ships in 1–3 weeks; built-to-order items run 6–10 weeks depending on the series and finish selected. Your dealer will confirm a delivery window at the time of order. Custom and trade projects are quoted individually.

Does Prism Hardscapes offer custom finishes or sizing?

Limited custom finish work and select custom sizing are available through our dealer channel for trade and commercial projects. Submit a custom-order inquiry through our contact page or speak with your authorized dealer to scope feasibility, lead time, and pricing.

What are Prism fire features made of?

Prism fire features are cast from glass-fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and finished by hand using a proprietary patina process. GFRC is a high-strength architectural composite that is significantly lighter than traditional concrete, holds up to outdoor freeze-thaw cycles, and provides the depth of color and surface variation that defines the Prism aesthetic.

Are Prism fire features available in liquid propane and natural gas?

Yes. Every Prism gas fire feature is available in both liquid propane (LP) and natural gas (NG) configurations. All burner systems are CSA-certified and engineered for outdoor installation. Are Prism fire features safe for use around pools?

Our Pool Collection is engineered specifically for installation on or adjacent to swimming pools and water features. Pool-rated burners, materials, and finish systems are selected for chlorine, salt, and humidity exposure. Always follow local code and the installation manual that ships with the product.

Is the Isola modular BBQ island custom-configurable?

Yes. Isola is a fully modular outdoor kitchen system. Individual cabinet, grill, sink, refrigerator, and counter modules can be combined to fit your space and workflow. Modules carry the same hand-applied finish quality as every Prism product. Your authorized dealer can provide a configuration plan for your project.

What is PH Ignite electronic ignition?

PH Ignite is Prism's electronic ignition platform — a precision ignition and flame-management system designed for reliability and code compliance. PH Ignite handles automatic lighting, flame sensing, and safety shut-off on supported Prism gas fire features. It is available factory-installed on most current models.

Are Prism products certified for outdoor installation?

Yes. Prism gas fire features use CSA-certified burner assemblies and are engineered for permanent outdoor installation when installed in accordance with local code and the included installation manual. Always have gas connections completed by a licensed gas professional.

Care, Warranty & Service

How do I clean and care for my Prism fire feature?

Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid acidic cleaners, pressure washing, and abrasive pads. Cover the unit when not in use to extend the finish. Have the burner inspected annually by a qualified gas technician. Full care instructions are included in the owner's manual and on our Instruction Manuals page.

What warranty comes with a Prism Hardscapes fire feature?

Prism Hardscapes offers a limited manufacturer warranty on the cast body and a separate warranty on burner components.
